These terms govern your use of Level Up Bundles ("the site"), operated by Level Up Bundles ("we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the catalogue or buying a bundle you agree to these terms.
2. The bundles
Each bundle is a curated multi-format knowledge pack. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from reading or applying the materials. The bundles are educational; using them is your responsibility.
3. Purchases and delivery
Checkout is handled by Gumroad. Their terms apply at the moment of purchase. Once payment is confirmed, you receive an instant download link by email.
4. No returns or refunds
Bundles are digital goods delivered immediately on purchase. Because of the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Make sure a bundle fits your needs before buying; the contents page on each bundle lists every item.
5. Intellectual property
The bundles, the writing, the visual design, the cover art, and the brand are owned by Level Up Bundles and its contributors. You may use the materials for your own personal or business work. You may not redistribute, resell, repackage, or republish them.
6. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the catalogue. Don't republish the bundle materials. Don't share download links publicly. Don't use the brand or assets in a way that suggests endorsement.
