1. Who this is between
These terms govern your use of Level Up Bundles ("the site"), operated by Level Up Bundles ("we," "us," or "our"). By browsing the catalogue or buying a bundle you agree to these terms.
2. The bundles
Each bundle is a curated multi-format knowledge pack. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from reading or applying the materials. The bundles are educational; using them is your responsibility.
3. Purchases and delivery
Checkout is processed by Stripe. Buying creates an account, and your bundles are available for instant download from My Downloads as soon as payment is confirmed.
4. Refunds
Undownloaded orders can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for how it works. Downloading any file from an order makes that order final.
5. Intellectual property
The bundles, the writing, the visual design, the cover art, and the brand are owned by Level Up Bundles and its contributors. Licensed for your own use. Not editable source files. Not resale rights. Not a business opportunity. You may not redistribute, resell, repackage, or republish them.
6. Acceptable use
Don't scrape the catalogue. Don't republish the bundle materials. Don't share download links publicly. Don't use the brand or assets in a way that suggests endorsement.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is." We don't warrant uninterrupted access. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the bundles.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
