14-day refund: before you download
Every purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days, as long as no files from the order have been downloaded. Once you download any file, the order is final. That is the trade for instant, DRM-free access to the complete materials.
Orders placed before 31 August 2026 keep the 30-day guarantee that applied when they were bought.
How to claim a refund
Email us via the Contact page within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number or receipt so we can find your purchase quickly. We check whether anything from the order has been downloaded, and refund if not.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically a few business days.
Relationship to the EU withdrawal right
At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you download any file from your order. This policy mirrors that rule and applies it to every buyer, everywhere, not only in the EU.
